The protected area includes the head waters of the Ashepoo, Combahee and Edisto Rivers that empties into St. Helena’s Sound and surrounds our 3-1/2 mile long beach. Condo Management: We manage this unit ourselves with the help of our housekeeper and a maintenance service.

Included with rental: All property conveys with the exception of the white egret print in the bedroom and the sailboat print in the living room. This includes all cookware, dishes, towels, sheets, blankets, televisions, wireless internet system, etc. This is one of the few units with it’s own outside additional owners closet across from the front door.

The air conditioning system is approximately 4/5 years old, the compressor was replaced in November. The stove is one year old, the king bed is one year old, the television is six months old as is the DVD player. There is a washer and dryer, and refrigerator in fine condition that all conveys.

This unit has two decks, one off the living room and one off the bedroom on the courtyard/pool side. This deck has great ocean views - see photo above. Many units in Cedar Reef Villas have only one deck with a bedroom in the front on the parking lot side.
