These are a required purchase for renters by our Homeowners Association and are paid for at the front gate when you arrive:

1-3 days: $30
4-7 days: $40
8-14 days: $50
15-21 days: $55

SPRING Feb 28 - May 8, 10

$778/week.
Friday & Saturday nights = $140/night
Sunday thru Thursday = $126 per nt.
2 night minimum.

SUMMER May 9 - Sep 4, 2010

$922/week.
Friday night and Saturday night = $155 per night. Sunday thru Thursday = $140 per night. 2 night minimum.

FALL Sep 5 - Nov 7, 2010

$778/week.
Friday & Saturday nights = $140/night
Sunday thru Thursday = $126 per nt.
2 night minimum.

WINTER Nov 7 - Feb 27, 2010 - 2011

$635/week.
Friday & Saturday nights =$115/night.
Sunday thru Thursday = $95 per nt.
2 night minimum.

PET FRIENDLY! Holidays require a 4 night minimum please. Holiday nights are the same rate as Friday & Saturday nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY –Timing is critical in vacation rentals and your reservation will hold your unit off the calendar for a specified time. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival we will refund 90% of the rent, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival we will refund 50% and if we re-rent the unit we will return the additional 40%.

Forecasted cloudy or rainy weather is a part of life. Unless local authorities call for a mandatory evacuation of Harbor Island, before or during your stay, your reservation remains in effect. Failure to arrive (no shows) will be charged the full rental amount and there are no refunds for early departure except for mandatory evacuation.
